Key vectors to end-to-end security camera manufacturing-
  1. Design & Blueprint- The whole security camera manufacturing process begins with the design of the product. A designer initiates this process by drawing and creating an electronic "sketch" using some computer software. In this process, the security camera's parts, equipment, and inner components are drawn. During this whole time, the designer itself has to decides the components of the respective security camera like its electronics, materials, hardware, mechanics, and other advanced features like how the camera interfaces with the lenses and several other attachments.

  2. Prototype and Assessment- After the designed camera has been given a thumbs up for prototyping, a test or dummy camera is produced. The major purpose of prototyping is just to check the camera's performance capabilities and prepare the respective security camera for mass production. The security camera is then passed through a series of performance as well as component tests both in the lab and outside the lab. These tests consist of general use assessment, special and advanced features, and stress tests like case durability, reliability, life span, etc. If the prototype is approved and the security camera is selected for mass production, a team of engineers assesses and looks at how to make and enhance the components of the camera, or how it will be placed together one by one, and the amount of manpower required.

  3. Manufacturing- Once the whole prototype has been tested strictly and approved, the next step is to take them to mass production. First, the robust enclosures or the casing for the security camera are created. The material used to create these casings is usually a form of polycarbonate plastic and alloy as they are extremely durable. The casing itself is manufactured through a process referred to as injection molding. An already built mold is filled with a liquid component of this durable material and heated until it hardens completely. Once the removal from the shell takes place, the security camera's edges are all trimmed and smoothed to fit all together evenly. The case is then sent ahead for placing the software parts in the whole production sequence, serving as the base or housing for the rest of the security components.
